Third time is charm or so they say. This is my third foray into writing for the masses. The other two blogs are still out there in Bloglandia and I treasure them greatly but this time I need an outlet for ME, not for a cause or anything, just me.
I have found that social media is seeping into my brain in ways I'm not comfortable with. As an example, when I was in junior high and taking Spanish (espanol for the purists out there) I began dreaming in Spanish. Is this just me or is it weird? Or both me and weird? Anyway, I'm now finding that I look for things to post on Facebook all day, every day. Any minor occurrence, no matter how insignificant, I mentally measure it's Facebook-ability. Will anyone "like" the fact that I'm standing in line at the DMV? I wonder how many comments I will get on the random photo of my dog? Ugh, really?!?!?!?
So I just decided to rev up the ol' bloggertrain and head out of the station and see who jumps on board. I can't promise stunning art and literature or even high-brow humor but I can promise that I will try to be entertaining, mildly informative and try to keep the dog photos to a minimum.
